We design, manufacture and maintain hard tooling such as progressive blank and form dies. Fixtures include welding, drilling and checking with Wire EDM capabilities.

Our finishing services include painting capability with fast color flexibility; an 89,000 square foot powder coat facility; assembly and sub-assembly; and packaging and warehousing in our 320,000 square foot facility.

To ensure quality and production efficiency, we custom design and build dies and fixtures. Offer vendor certifications and audit programs. Maintain certification and test reports to assure traceability, and routinely calibrate all measuring and test tools. In addition, on-site auditors assemble products daily to ensure fit and quality.
